Study: Asia-Pacific IT market to hit $507B in 2007

25.01.2007

The global market for outsourced services is projected to slow down slightly in 2007, with growth remaining at 25 percent from 2006. Volume is estimated to reach between $275 and $312 billion by end of 2007.

On the technology implementation front, business intelligence (BI) will see resurgence in Asia Pacific by 25 percent. For 2007, several C-level executives in the region will come to realize that BI solutions will not fix a broken business planning process nor would off-the-shelf BI solutions hit the mark for tighter integration and information customization.
