The Ukrainian Secretary of National Security and Defense, Raisa Bogatyrova gave a speech at Kiev-Mohyla Academy's graduation ceremony--one that was apparently similar to Jobs's address at Stanford in 2005. I mean, I was willing to let it slide as a coincidence, until she concluded by unveiling a new iPhone.

Photographer Taea Thale is suing Apple for using photos she took of the band She and Him in an iPhone commercial. Is it just me or, does it seem like it's gotten to the point where the only way to avoid infringing on someone else's intellectual property is to lock yourself in a basement?
