Intel's home entertainment PC boasts of high performance dual-core Intel Core Duo processors that allows for multitasking, such as watching a DVD while streaming content wirelessly to other PCs.

Intel also launched another desktop model based on the Pentium M processor which, according to Intel officials, can also cater to business organizations primarily because of its small form factor appeal.

Because it runs on a processor that's designed for the mobile platform, the home entertainment PC promises low power consumption. It also features Intel's 945 Express chipset with built-in wireless networking capabilities and carries dual SATA hard-disk drives that runs on Intel's Matrix Storage Technology.
