Greythorn says more than four million people in the UK, Europe and Australia already use iProfile.

Managing director Richard Fischer says iProfile will allow the company to match candidates to jobs faster while giving job seekers more control over their own information than a standard resume.

At , managing director Glen Perry said Greythorn is already a client in the UK and there are some 500,000 IT candidates with an iProfile in Australia.

"This represents over 90 per cent of the IT candidates in Australia and establishes a real critical mass in the market," Perry said.

According to Greythorn, most recruitment agencies automatically extract and enter resume information into their databases for recruiters to search against.
