Bottom Line

I really wanted to like this phone, but the awful touchscreen is a huge deal breaker. There are a lot of great ideas present in the device that I hate to see it dragged down because one (crucial) feature of the phone doesn't always work right. If you need a super durable phone and don't care that about the unresponsive screen, then by all means get this phone. For the rest of us, look to other rather than having to deal with the countless frustrations that will come from operating this device.
