Samsung appears to have accidentally leaked its carrier partners for the popular Galaxy S III smartphone through a sign-up form on its U.S. site.

The page first asked the submitter to choose one of seven possible carriers, but the option was removed sometime Friday afternoon.

The form gave the option to choose among AT&T, C Spire Wireless, MetroPCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon. All of these carriers currently offer some type of Galaxy phone. AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile sell , while C Spire carries the Galaxy S Showcase. U.S. Cellular carries both the Galaxy S Aviator and Galaxy S II, and MetroPCS has the Galaxy S Attain.
