After the raid, the (DOJ) seized US$53 million owned by Thomas Bowdoin Jr., owner of AdSurfDaily, which operates AdSurfDaily.com, ASDcashgenerator.com, Lafuentedinero.com and Goldenpandaadbuilder.com.

AdSurfDaily's (ASD) program was widely advertised online, including on , and at well-attended conventions and rallies across the country. Participants were promised large returns simply by spending between seven and 15 minutes viewing a total of 24 Web sites that ASD would rotate through their browsers. Prices for the ad packages ranged from $10 to $50,000 -- the larger the ad package, the larger the return that was promised.

McCollum's office estimated that two events in Florida netted the company about $100 million.

BofA officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment. No one from AdSurfDaily could be reached for comment either.
