Judge OKs Ellison Trading Settlement

A Superior Court judge has approved a settlement in which Oracle Corp. CEO Larry Ellison will pay $22 million in legal fees and donate $100 million to charity to end a 4-year-old insider-trading lawsuit. The suit, filed by a group of shareholders, charged that -Ellison engaged in insider trading by selling nearly $900 million in Oracle stock in January 2001.
