In FY05, the government sector awarded about S$1 billion worth of infocomm tenders, excluding the S$1.5 billion tender for the Standard Information and Communications Technology Operating Environment (SOE). Some of the key projects for the year included the Supply, Support and Maintenance of Service-Wide Hosting Service by IDA; the Development and Operation services of the National Servicemen Portal, Data and NS E-services center by Mindef; and the eCustoms Application by Singapore Customs.
