Rental firm Acityabode aims to house better reports with new ERP

26.03.2011
Apartment rental firm Acityabode is using a SAP ERP system in an attempt to improve business efficiency.

Acityabode lets apartments on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis in Cardiff, Bristol, Belfast and most recently Birmingham, as a different option to hotel accommodation.

Acityabode needed an integrated business system that could easily support day to day activities and processes, and also scale as the company expanded.

The company's existing system was not able to support its growing business needs. Users needed to generate reports required to make everyday decisions and did not want to continue to enter data manually. The company felt there was too much administration associated with the legacy system.

Alexandra Gazzard, managing director of acityabode, said, "Working with our implementation partner Culex Consulting we selected SAP Business One. We will easily be able to scale up, adding users as the business grows and we move into different locations."

Since going live with SAP, Gazzard says acityabode has been able to access relevant information at the right time, create reports that enable accurate decision making, reduce administration and streamline processes.
