Steve Jobs biographer Walter Isaacson is challenging a subpoena for his notes and tape-recorded interviews with the late Apple CEO. The case in question is a class action suit against Apple and publishers over collusion to fix ebook prices (not to be confused with ). Isaacson's attorney has claimed that the interviews are not relevant or could be obtained from other sources. Maybe someone should tell the plaintiffs that the book itself is available on the iBookstore.
