At long last, App Store developers who have had their hard work appropriated by others have some recourse: They can fill out an Apple-provided form pointing to the content they believe infringes on their intellectual property. Which, for some of these guys, is going to be a full-time job.

Several sites fell for a British tabloid hoax that actor Bruce Willis was suing Apple so that he could bequeath his iTunes library to his daughter upon his death. It's almost hard to believe that they'd fall for a story so obviously reasonable.
