In a statement, IMI said it will jointly seek with BuS Elektronik subcontracting projects from European OEMs. It will also utilize the latter's facility in Riesa, Germany for prototyping products and low-volume manufacturing requirements of its customers in Europe.

'This partnership offers a win-win opportunity for both parties. IMI's facilities in China, the Philippines, and Singapore can service the customers of BuS who want to develop, produce, or sell their electronics products in Asia,' said IMI president and CEO Arthur Tan.
