Heading up the new company is former Network Box Australia CEO Keith Glennan, with ex-Dimension Data security manager and Linfox Armguard manager Mike Alen as CFO.
Glennan said the deal will provide a partnership to bolster service delivery and will assist the company to strengthen its foothold in the United States.
"Solving the security problem effectively is becoming less about buying and owning technology, and more about partnering with a specialist who can deliver a service according to agreed outcomes," Glennan said.
"The Australian business model has proven so successful that we plan to roll it out globally."
Network Box customers include BMW, Nintendo, and Toyota, as well as banks, utilities, and government organizations.
