A bit more snooping reveals even more promising information. The domain, www.tu4ar.com, is registered to one Kathleen Alley who lives in Redwood City, California. Capcom USA is located in San Mateo, CA - a mere 10 to 15 miles away from Redwood City. Alley could very well be an employee of Capcom USA. Another link to Capcom proper comes in the form of this Capcom-unity post, which includes a reference to the website in question (thanks to NeoGAF member Judderman for the spot).

Perhaps most telling of all, CAPTIVATE '09 - Capcom's annual game expo - is set to kick off in just over a week. While the timer is set to expire shortly before the scheduled start of the event, the count down may signal a pre-event announcement so journalists can prepare to cover the game.
