'We still feel very good about our operations in the Philippines,' said Fozzard. 'With success in the court, I believe we will be doing very well.' On the part of current Epixtar employees, Fozzard said that they had been briefed about the filing before everyone else. 'We sat with everyone and talked to the employees about why this is taking place. We basically just try to give people proper information and remain transparent with what is happening,' he said.
