Sure, we've all heard that , but it looks like an allegedly new (and notable) Apple employee may further confirm that notification changes are in Apple's future.

is reporting that Peter Hajas, lead developer of , a notification tweak for jailbroken iOS devices, might be on Apple payroll.

Redmond Pie's detective work is impressive. The site caught Hajas tweeting about working for a California "fruit" company. The site also got an unconfirmed screenshot from a source inside Apple that lists Hajas in the Apple Directory System as an "iOS & Framework employee."

That doesn't exactly confirm things, but it is intriguing. Hajas left a note on his blog saying he was taking a break from MobileNotifier but it wouldn't be hard to figure out what he is up to now.

"I can't say why, but it's worth it. Trust me. If you look around hard enough, you'll probably figure it out," he said on his blog, .

What does it all mean?
