The team is developing the SAP Issue Management Framework, the SAP Change Control Framework and SAP Project Management Methodology.

Once selected, the support panel will be in place for up to three years, with an option to extend another two.

Services to be provided under the scope of the tender include SAP Level 3 helpdesk issue resolution, advice on SAP version updates and impact on existing application functionality, analysis of scoping requirements and assistance with deploying system changes and design documentation.

An essential requirement of the tender must be a proven track record of providing SAP support services to sites operating SAP R/3 Version 4.6C with one or more areas in logistics and accounting, human resources and employee self services as well as in Business Information Warehouse.

The closing date for tenders is August 15, 2006.
