Aside from Symphony and Systema, there are seven other startups being incubated at TBI, namely, Optiserve Technologies, Astra Philippines, Center for Economic Policy and Research, Micom Technologies, Integrated Learning, AET-Tech Corp., and Fluxion.

'We are encouraging SMEs to look into the projects being developed at TBI,' said Barcelon, who noted two other technical assistance projects.

One is a project by Optiserve Technologies and involves the development of a software called REAPS (Rebuilding Entrepreneurship Towards Advanced Production Systems), a database tool for farmers to input data such as land preparation and harvest schedules. The software is meant for a cooperative of some 300 farmers in the province of Pangasinan.
