Last year, TBI started technical assistance programs meant for specific SME industries capitalizing on its roster of startups, which are housed at the UP/Ayala Technopark located in Diliman, Quezon City.

Aside from Symphony, another company called Systema is developing open-source software for the Association of Negros Producers, composed of 80 micro and small enterprises from the South. The group has an office in Bacolod City that also serves as a showroom for its members' products.

Systema is developing software for managing the association's customers and sales contacts, price monitoring, as well as accounting and point-of-sale applications designed to the track movement of goods of each member.
