Serena Software's Australia and New Zealand manager Charles Rignall said TeamTrack was used to pull together complex processes that were running on existing "mature" mainframes and across disparate systems.

The vendor is now working closely with Reader's Digest to deliver a call center solution through TeamTrack.

"Adhering to IT governance and compliance regulations was also important for the company and Serena is well aware of the needs of Sarbanes-Oxley and ITIL in implementing compliance programs," Rignall said.
