For business planning, the ICT blueprint targets to enable business advisors as well as training institutions to assist MSMEs in coming up with their business and ICT plans.

The goal is to have over 5,000 advisors aid more than 100,000 MSMEs.

For financing, Rodriguez pointed out the possibility of identifying developmental funding sources, which can be funneled through partner financial institutions. Capacity-building interventions will also be conducted in order to enable financial institutions to establish ICT financing programs within their organizations.

CICT aims to create about 25 financing programs that will successfully disburse over P10 billion (US$37 million).

To carry out implementation assistance, CICT will begin to establish standards for accrediting vendors and suppliers to the MSME market. Databases of accredited suppliers/ vendors will also be created to help track their performance.
