The association will also stage the country's biggest computer trade show, COMDDAP EXPO Manila, from October 5-8, 2006 at the concert area of The Fort Global City in Taguig City. For the second straight year, the COMDDAP Tent will be put up for the expo, its fully-air conditioned venue with 4,000 square meters of exhibit space, twice bigger than last year's tent.

In line with its 20th anniversary celebration, COMDDAP plans to build residential units for a Gawad Kalinga village in Quezon City, which is envisioned as a model IT community. Other socio-civic activities lined up include proposed scholarship grants to 20 students of Educational Research and Development Foundation (ERDA), a job fair for member-companies, assistance to non-government organizations advocating literacy and tree-planting activities.
