Viloria said that the system is so effective that it has replaced the person who is in charge of answering calls and inquiries about benefits. 'The staff in charge of this has been transferred to another department because the system could already answer all the inquiries of the employees. So they should just log in and access their account anytime.'

With their success in these segments, Softweb is not looking to target a new sector for now. 'Now, we're going to focus on our existing clients because there are a lot more untapped opportunities with them. We'll be focusing on making our relationships with them stronger,' said Viloria.
