The GSA-2164D is said to be compatible with all DVD formats, and to have the capability to read and write to the three major DVD formats -- namely DVD-R, DVD+R and DVD-RAM, LG says. The drive is also said to be equipped with double layer writing technology. For those familiar with DVD-RAM, the GSA-2164D offers the convenience of staying with this format, or using it as a bridge between the newer DVD+R or DVD-R formats.

Dell 5100MP data projector

The 5100MP projector has SXGA+ (1 400 x 1 050) resolution, boasts 3 300 ANSI lumens (max) brightness and a 2 500:1 contrast ratio. It weighs 3.72kg, and is targeted at large corporates. According to the company, the projector offers connectivity options, such as an RJ-45 port for network-based monitoring and troubleshooting. Other ports include a high definition multimedia interface (HDMI), composite, VGA, M1 and S-Video.

Acer CR 8530 digital camera

The Acer CR 8530 sports a 2.5' low temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT-LCD. It has an eight mega-pixel lens, and is claimed to be capable of zooming 3X optically and 5.1X digitally. The camera connects to the computer via the USB 2.0 interface, and is said to be capable of recording videos at a resolution of 640 x 480.
