The Geekiest Gadgets of Macworld Expo 2011

2011 is the second year that Macworld Expo went on without Apple's participation. The show may be smaller than it once was, it was still packed with visitors and exhibitors. (Note: Macworld Expo is put on by IDG World Expo, a subsidiary of PCWorld's corporate parent).

But we're not here to talk about that. Or Apple itself, for that matter. For us here at GeekTech, the gadgets and goodies on show are all we care about. And even though iGadget cases are always popular, there was still plenty to check out--even if you're not an Apple fan. Submitted for your approval are some of the geekiest things we spotted at Macworld 2011.

Mimoco is already fairly well known for its ridiculously cool flash drives, but the company's newest offering is probably its best yet:

That's right. It's the Dark Knight. In Flash Drive form. This is based on the circa-1940 comics, and is the result of a partnership with DC Comics. This particular one is part of a limited 5,000-flash-drive production run. Who would've thought that a flash drive would be a collector's item?

Speaking of flash drives, Mimoco also announced , a new series of flash drives where, like Forrest Gump's box of chocolate, you don't know what you're gonna get until you open it up. Here's Armando with one of the BLOTz drives:
