Bethesda has hit the headlines recently for . Apparently, they own a monopoly on the word "scroll," and they're afraid that people will confuse with the indie dev's next game .

Well, Notch isn't ready to back down. reports that the indie dev said, "If we're going to court, I will fight this for as long as it takes. It's a bogus claim, and [Bethesda has] several one-word-named games that share a noun with other games that precede [its] games." With that in mind, here are five companies who might be able to make a case against Bethesda:
