All RedSox technical support is handled by Logitel through its Metrix Support Services arm.

MMI is also a bidder for an Under Serviced Area Licence (USAL) in the Rustenburg area, and, notes Friedman, if it is awarded the licence, RedSox will become the provider of PBX solutions and support in this area, which will mean further growth for the company.

RedSox, according to Friedman, is also on the shortlist of three providers of telecoms solutions to a major local food company, which will increase the deployment of Inter-tel and other solutions nationwide.

The company's focus areas include computer telephony integration, call center applications, communication cost & efficiency management and VOIP solutions.
