The judge in the high profile Apple v Samsung case has proclaimed that the lawyer representing Apple must be on drugs.

Read about the case

Lawyer, William Lee, was accused by Judge Lucy Koh of "smoking crack" when he presented a 75-page list of 22 witnesses that they wanted to call in for rebuttal testimony.

The case was only given a set number of hours, and it was wearing thin. Judge Koh had already been vocal about the arduousness of the Apple and Samsung trial.

When seeing the document the Judge exclaimed: "You want me to do an order on 75 pages tonight? When, unless you're smoking crack, you know that these witnesses are not going to be called?"

Mr Lee replied with a rather poetic: "Your honour, I'm not smoking crack. I can promise you that."
