Hacking Exposed: Cisco Networks, by Andrew Vladimirov, Konstantin Gavrilenko and Andrei Mikhailovsky (McGraw-Hill Osborne, 2005).

In my experience, most enterprise networks have at least some Cisco gear. This book provides some decent beginner-level explanations of routing and network terminology and then dives in deep, with information on tools and techniques used to take advantage of vulnerabilities, configuration errors and just plain laziness to gain privileged access to routing hardware. From wireless to virtual LAN hopping, there's something for everyone.
