To address issues of bandwidth optimization education networks in Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Africa have embarked on a training project for institutions on identifying security threats and optimizing bandwidth. The first training is currently under way in Nairobi and depending on the outcome, it will be replicated in the region.
