Rare to fix Banjo-Kazooie after all

What was originally deemed as "too expensive" to fix, Rare will now enlarge the tiny subtitles plaguing SDTV owners of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.

"It has come to our attention that people are experiencing subtitle readability issues with Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts on Standard Definition TVs," Rare said in a released Saturday. "We would like to assure you that contrary to , we are aware of the issue and currently working on a title update to be released within the next 30 days that will fix it for those with Standard Definition TVs."

You see: make a big enough fuss, and game-makers almost always listen. Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts arrives on Xbox 360 Tuesday. GamePro's Will Herring awarded the game in his review published Monday, citing gorgeous visuals, a cleverly written story, and deep vehicular gameplay.
