The new DLC includes two new maps: Founders' Tower and Labs. There are also five new player abilities, including a napalm grenade, pyro mine, tactical scanner, a field regeneration unit and a "UAV" which acts both as a means of marking players on the radar and as a remote-control mobile mine. Two new weapon attachments are available, too -- a bayonet for an increase in melee damage or a riot shield. Finally, two new outfits -- the Sad Punk and the Limey -- offer some Steampunk and European flavor to custom characters respectively.

Bethesda also announced that an update bringing online optimizations, AI enhancements and weapon balance tweaks based on player feedback is now live for PC players, while console players will receive this update when the DLC goes live.

No specific date for the content yet as it's currently undergoing both Sony and Microsoft's approval processes. Watch out for more information in early July.
