As if it weren't enough to find , now some industrious folks around the world have copied an entire Apple Store, right down to the blue t-shirts and name tags. Maybe it's all part of an elaborate long con in which they...uh...give people Apple products for reasonable prices. Look, I didn't say it was a con.

No they're not starting some sort of Robin Hood crusade. What Google is doing, however, is shutting down Google Labs. Labs was a testing ground for new features and prototypes, and many of those will either be incorporated into other products or simply retired. Great. Like the economy isn't enough trouble without flooding the market with sad, unemployed Google Mad Scientists.

- Apple has updated its Remote Desktop client and server to bring support for screen sharing in Lion, and improves stability. Client update available via Software Update or Apple downloads site; server update available via Software Update or Mac App Store.
- FileMaker's personal database software has been updated for compatibility with Lion and to provide bug fixes. Update is available to current users on the Mac App Store for free; new users can purchase Bento on the Mac App Store or for $50.
