Our international team consists mainly of Programmers, QA testers, Artists, Game Designers and Producers. Generally, we welcome young professionals for all positions.

We offer internships, graduation internships (thesis), but at the moment we do not have traineeships and of course we also hire young professionals and graduates.

Was ist Ihnen besonders wichtig, was sollten Einsteiger unbedingt mitbringen?

For young professionals and graduates it is important to have a portfolio in which we can see the passion and potential. They need to showcase personal- and school projects and explain their ideas and thoughts behind it. This enables us to look beyond the artwork or project.

Was tun Sie alles, um Mitarbeiter zu halten? Was kommt besonders gut an?

We encourage an open and collaborative atmosphere. We promote a culture of discovery and innovation. Individuals are free to express themselves in a relaxed, open and happy environment.

Every Friday there is a show-and-tell and we end the week with drinks and snacks at our Abstraction Games Bar or on our roof terrace.

Most important of course, our team is able to work on appealing projects. We work on multiple games, on multiple platforms at the same time. Our team has the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, work on complex projects and touch well known titles.
