Xerox India intros Phaser 6180 color multifunctional device

Xerox India launched Phaser 6180MFP color multifunction printer, with advanced copying, scanning and faxing options for a power-packed performance. The Xerox Phaser 6180, has a print speed of 20ppm in full color. Black-and-White prints at up to a quick 31 ppm regardless of your job's size or complexity, with a 400 MHz processor and 348MB of memory (expandable to 1,408MB) will help workers trim down the time spend on handling documents and managing information and is available to the Indian consumer at an MRP of Rs. 1,34,395 (US$2,696) (Xerox Phaser 6180 MFP N) and Rs 1,51,034 (6180MFP DN).

The printer comes with a resolution of 600 x 600 x 4 dpi and delivers 16 shades of color per pixel for high quality prints.

Xerox Phaser 6180MFP has a scan speed of up to 7 color or 20 black-and-white scans per minute. With Walk-up fax and LAN fax (fax from the print PCL driver) it delivers up to 400 x 400 dpi resolution, includes JBIG compression technology for faster transmissions and has been designed to fit virtually anywhere in the office space.

The device comes with professional layout functions like N-up, Posters, Booklet and ID Card Copy (6180MFP) increase your document options. Speedy installation, Instant pop-up messages appearing on your monitor, if print issues arise, super-quite operation makes the Phaser 6180MFP printers office-friendly. Multiple connectivity choices, such as Ethernet, USB, parallel and optional wireless, provide the flexibility to support diverse workgroups. Plus, the available multi-protocol network card, which supports DDNS, IPP, WINS, SSL/HTTP and IPv6, ensures that private data stays secure in any network environment.
