Sackboy PSN game and LBP2 demo

LittleBigPlanet 2 isn't coming until 2011, but Sony has quite a bit of pre-release content coming next month to whet the creative appetites of Sackboy enthusiasts. Read on to find out the new LittleBigPlanet developments coming in December.

Shown above is the LittleBigPlanet-spinoff Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves. A multiplayer-only PSN game, Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves will require the PlayStation Eye, a PlayStation Move controller, and a standard PlayStation 3 controller. The game will be available to all PS3 owners starting December 14 for the price of $5.99, but the game will be free to owners of PlayStation Plus memberships and people who purchase LittleBigPlanet 2 the following month.

If you're unsure of the level of commitment you plan on promising Sackboy, Sony will give all PS3 owners an early taste of LittleBigPlanet 2 with a story mode demo due on December 21. The game itself comes out on January 18, 2011. Which (if any) of the aforementioned LittleBigPlanet 2 pre-release festivities are you planning on taking part in?
