RolePlayers' Realm VII: E3 2011 RPG Wrap-up

17.06.2011
Well, E3 is pretty much done and dusted here at GamePro; but there's still plenty to discuss in terms of the RPGs of E3 2011. So Ray, Justin, and I all sat to discuss games like Final Fantasy XIII-2 and ; and pressing questions like, "Where the heck are Last Story and Xenoblade?"

Personally, I haven't given up hope. Nintendo's main goal for this conference was to introduce the Wii U and push the 3DS, which didn't leave a ton of room for the Wii. I wouldn't be surprised if they hosted an event in August or so in which they reveal that both RPGs are slated for a spring release (I mean, they have to release something on the Wii in the spring, right? Right?)

In any case, even if Last Story and Xenoblade don't make it over here, there figures to be no shortage of quality RPGs on the way. , Dark Souls, and Skyrim alone mean that I will very, very busy come November.

Next time, you can expect to hear about the Ocarina of Time update; Dungeon Siege III, and Wizardry. Until then, here's the complete breakdown; and as always, if you like the show, please rate & subscribe over on iTunes!
