The advertisement depicts the game's male protagonist Chris Redfield placing flowers on the grave of his ex-partner from , Jill Valentine, thus confirming that she is in fact deceased. Although a glimpse of the grave was briefly shown in the from TGS 2008, many gamers missed this.
