The new iPad is disassembled, the iPhone might need a new name in Mexico, and Jony Ive and Scott Forstall might be more similar than we expect. The remainders for Friday, November 2, 2012 are tearing the place up.

Okay, yes, the iFixit team tore apart the new fourth-generation iPad. There's nothing really left to say about these teardowns at this point, so I hope you're happy YOU MONSTERS.

A Mexican court has upheld a ruling that "iPhone" is too close to an existing trademark, "iFone," which is a telecommunications company. I'm sure Apple will come to some sort of agreement with the company--probably involving large amounts of pesos--but just for fun, let's instead pretend Cupertino will have to change the name: I suggest iRevolucionario teléfono móvil.
