The company's latest reply to Apple's reply to Lodsys's response to Apple's motion to intervene in the case--and if you followed that, you deserve a cookie--comes across, according to Groklaw, as "legal gibberish." Sounds like Lodsys would have been better off channeling the late Dr. Seuss: "Not in a fort, not in a court!"
