This US$20 tool for digital photographs offers some nifty tools, but it won't be for everyone. 's somewhat clunky interface and the fact that you can get powerful photography software for free means that most people will most likely not want to pay for it. It's worth trying, but you may well not end up buying.

On the plus side, CPicture is small and requires virtually no installation. Just double-click a single file and the program runs. It certainly has a full set of features, doing everything from cleaning up red eye to creating an HTML page of your photos, enhancing picture quality, and even scanning your PC for broken jpeg files and then fixing them.

But given that there are some exceptionally powerful free photography tools available, such as , you probably won't want to buy this program, unless you find that one of its features (such as creating 3D pictures) is worth paying for.
