EA's Black Box studio announced this morning that has hit the 3 million registered user mark. The game launched in North America on July 27.

Black Box also detailed changes to the game, including language support for new regions and a few new features. The new features include a dynamic day/night cycle and a new vehicle performance tuning system. Using the new performance tuning system, players upgrade and tune their vehicles with new car parts such as tuned engines and suspension systems.

Black Box localized the game for French, Russian, Spanish, and Polish-speaking regions - in addition to English and German.
