Supplementing this new way to play will be five new cars; a 1967 Corvette Stingray 427, and 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1969 Dodge Charger R/T, 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T, and a 1998 Toyota Supra Mark IV. The update will be available on both PC and on Xbox Live on December 1, with the PlayStation 3 version dropping on December 10. The update will be free for all users.

The core of thew new update for is the "team racing" update that sees two teams of six racers challenge each other online. As with real motorsports, team tactics will be a vital part of working through this new mode, so players will need to coordinate very efficiently in order to be successful.
