Ms. Splosion Man Features '2 Girls, 1 Controller'

Twisted Pixel's upcoming sequel to Splosion Man features an unfortunately (and deliberately) named finger-twisting single player multiplayer mode. Yes, you read that correctly.

Splosion Man was not known for its subtle humor, and its upcoming sequel Ms. Splosion Man is no exception. Twisted Pixel has revealed details of an "amusingly" named single-controller multiplayer mode, which can either allow two players to share one controller, or one masochistic player to control two players at once.

"Two Girls, One Controller" puts one on-screen player on the left stick and left bumper button, while the other is mapped to the right stick and right bumper. The mode will be an unlockable extra for "some of [Twisted Pixel's] audience with OCD with no friends [who] want to try and beat the multiplayer game all on their own," according to Sean Riley, lead designer.

"Best of luck, and be very, very, very careful if you ever search for videos of people accomplishing this greatest of challenges," says Riley.
