There's a lot of excitement built up around the game's release for a number of reasons including MadWorld's unique black and white (and red for blood) art-style, its hard Mature-rating (a rating not held by many Wii games), and its vicious Mortal Kombat-esque finishing moves.

The game is the fifth chapter in Capcom's immensely popular survival-horror series and introduces some big changes for the franchise, including a cooperative campaign where two players can play through the main game in its entirety together either online or off.
