The company announced results for the second quarter of financial year 2010-11 ending 31 March 2011. The results indicate that HCl's global revenues increased by 7.5 per cent sequentially and 32.6 per cent year-on-year to US$864 million.
HCL received profits from other parts of the world as well and its revenue for the rest of the world (ROW) grew 14.6 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 60.2 per cent year-on-year.
ROW comprises of the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and Africa.
ROW continues to be the fastest growing market for HCL.
