Krypton Egg, a highly regarded Arkanoid clone for the Amiga and Atari ST that was developed by HitSoft and released by Rainbird in 1989 has made its on the Apple iPhone and iPod touch.

When Krypton Egg was first released, French magazine PC Loisirs described it as the best breakout game in the world.

Published by , the iPhone compatible Krypton Egg promises retro gaming at its best with 60 levels of gameplay, 30 power-ups including bonuses, and 80's styled electronic music.

During some special levels, Krypton Egg even turns into a Shooting style mode providing you the challenge to defeat horde of enemies and bosses.
