Die US-Tochter des Münchner Elektronik-Riesen, Siemens Information Systems Inc., zahlt 165 Millionen Dollar für das Aktienpaket. Inbegriffen sind die Ableger Telecom Plus Supply Corp., Telecom Plus Rental Systems Inc. und Telecom Plus Shared Tenant Services Inc.
