The company's latest reply to Apple's reply to Lodsys's response to Apple's motion to intervene in the case--and if you followed that, you deserve a cookie--comes across, according to Groklaw, as "legal gibberish." Sounds like Lodsys would have been better off channeling the late Dr. Seuss: "Not in a fort, not in a court!"

- The latest update to Rogue Amoeba's audio-streaming solution adds the Lion-compatible Instant On 4.1, fixes a bug affecting AppleScripts using the System Audio device, and patches additional crashes and memory leaks. $25 for a new, single license.
